About Lakeside Christian Church

Lakeside is a local church made up of people from all walks of life. We believe God has led us together to grow in our knowledge of Him, meaningfully connect with one another and finally - serve Him by serving others. God is doing amazing things knitting us together into a warm and vibrant community; family. We revel in and celebrate God’s love for us! With confidence that God loves us and calls us to Himself in community - we heartily embrace the adventure of life set before us!
We believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ is about the redemption of the soul but also so much more! The Kingdom of God is being seen in the way we live, interact with one another and care for the world around us. The virtues and values of the God’s Kingdom as glimpsed in Jesus’ sermon on the mount help us know what life in Him looks like. Forgiveness, grace, mercy, holiness and faithfulness are but a few of these virtues and values we embrace and foster in our church family.
The epic movement of God to rescue His people from their sins stretches back to the Garden of Eden and touches our lives today. His relentless pursuit of loving us to Himself catches us up in His story and becomes an epic adventure spanning generations. At the center of it all is Jesus. It is a beautiful thing to be seen, known and loved by God. We want everyone to have this experience. With a profound humility we invite you to come and see what God is doing in and through us at Lakeside. In Jesus, we have found peace, hope and look expectantly into the future.
