Our mission is to equip people to experience God’s transforming power through Jesus Christ
OUR BELIEFS
At High Pointe Church, our mission is to help fulfill the great Commission so that Jesus will come quickly. Our vision is to start by representing Christ in the Heber Valley, Utah. We strive to do that by loving God and loving people.
The Greatest Commandment
We believe that in obeying the greatest Commandment (“Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind, soul, and strength and your neighbor as yourself”) that the commission will be accomplished as we live and tell of the excellencies of Jesus Christ. As believers, we are priests of the King and we offer up spiritual sacrifices daily in our service to Him. 1 Peter 2:4-10
We Believe Good Priests Are:
1. People that live under submission
2. People that serve passionately
3. People that give sacrificially
4. People that reproduce the Jesus life to others on a daily basis by what we say and do
Obedience to God's Word
We believe our obedience to God’s word and His ways will show up clearly in our marriages, our parenting, our stewardship, our conduct, and our service. The result will be attractive living that people are drawn towards which gives us an opportunity speak of the amazing love and grace of Jesus Christ.
