We are an Open and Affirming, progressive, congregation located in Dallas, TX. At Promise United Church of Christ, we know that inspiration opens hearts. An open heart is an open mind and an open mind is one that can practice tolerance, experience gratitude and feel the glory of God. It is our belief that God is present in all of us. We are dedicated to the service of God and all God's people, and our goal is to provide a place of welcome, inspire an active spirit of mission, and create a safe space to wrestle with questions about our faith. Promise United Church of Christ has been actively involved with the greater Dallas community since May 18, 1997.
We worship every Sunday at 11 a.m. We are the faithful people of Promise and we seek to live into our faith and the call that God has placed upon our hearts to serve our community and world at large.
We join together in listening to the still speaking voice of God.
