First Presbyterian Mission Statement
We are a community of faith that exists to be a witness to the Good News of the love of God.
As a community of believers, we give witness to our faith:
- through worship that offers God our best, engaging both heart and mind.
- through frequent observance of the Sacraments.
- through fellowship that seeks to strengthen the Body of Christ.
- through Christian Education that nourishes the spirit and gives guidance, especially to those young in their faith.
- and through outreach to the local community and to the world community that serves our Lord by serving others.
