From the remnants of what once was a beautiful church facility in its glory Portland Metro Church has emerged with historical roots in this diverse community. Our facility has a story to tell our people do as well! We are experiening remarkable growth out of the ruins, as we have loved hurting people to Jesus, and have been in the business of rebuilding broken and discouraged hearts! Our Church Family is made up of a group of loving people who have been healed, restored and blessed, and now have a powerful message to tell Jesus loves you and will work in your life!
Whether you are new to the Portland area or new to church, you will be made to feel welcome when you enter the doors of Portland Metro Church! We're a church that loves the Lord and loves people! Maybe you went to church in the past but due to changes in your life or your living situation, you stopped going and might now be considering visiting us at Portland Metro Church for the first time after being away. We want to assure you that we'll do our best to make you feel at home and comfortable with us. You won't be singled out or embarassed, you won't be asked to recite verses or sign a membership card, and you don't neeed to wear a suit or a tie.
See, we're concerned about hearts and lives and the personal relationship people can have with the Lord. We want to help you to see just how meaningful and powerful Jesus the Son of God can be in your life. And we want to help you see that in a kind and loving way. Our coffee is on, our music is upbeat and encouraging, and our messsages from the Bible are relevant and helpful.
