CrossPointe is not personality or program driven. We are driven by Jesus' Words (Matthew 28:19-20) and our mission to "love God passionately and love people genuinely." We're not perfect but our hearts pursue being the church God intended the church to be (Acts 2). We long to reach those who feel unworthy of God's love.
Pastor Nelson Blount leads the way. He believes the Body of Christ includes a variety of diverse gifts, talents and abilities. Pictures represent Pastor Blount's commitment to include others whose hearts lead them toward pastoral ministry. Lay pastors are mentored and step into roles of pastoral leadership. "Our country needs to experience churches that cannot be explained by strategic planning" (Francis Chan, Letters to the Church, 2018).
