Grace Church in Newark is a welcoming and affirming Anglican Catholic parish of The Episcopal Church. Grace Church has a strong history of fine music, beautifully enhanced liturgy, and commitment to social justice. The Church Building, a national historic landmark, was built by renowned architect Richard Upjohn and its first prominent organist Samuel August Ward wrote the famous tune later used for "America the Beautiful."
