Ministries
- Algiers Point Little Free Pantry
Donation Coordination/Distribution
Every month we take up a collection of canned goods and non-perishable food that we donate to stock the Little Free Pantry in Algiers Point.
Glass Recycling
Donation Coordination/Distribution
Glass recycling is not part of the regular recycling program in the City of New Orleans. However, a grassroots company called Glass Half Full recycles Louisiana’s glass “waste” into sand and glass cullet for disaster relief and prevention, coastal restoration, eco-construction, new glass products, and so much more! They rely on donations of glass from residents and businesses throughout the city. Mount Olivet serves as a dropoff location for parishioners and neighbors.

- Other Information: OUR CURRENT COVID GUIDELINES
Most of our regularly attending members have received their COVID vaccines. We do ask that everyone remain masked while in the parish hall and during the service. This is so we may continue to welcome all as well as to be mindful of everyone's health. Those whom are speaking as part of the service may remove their masks for clarity of speech. Please try and maintain distancing protocols of 6 feet wherever possible, especially indoors. It is our hope that as more of Orleans parish, especially those under 12, are vaccinated, we will be able to return worshipping without masks. Thank you for your understanding.
