You found the Fremont United Methodist parish, and we're glad you did! Our two churches are found in southern Mahaska County, Iowa, about an equal distance between Oskaloosa and Ottumwa.
We are an orthodox, evangelical parish, and believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, and that it is the church's mission to share the good news of the Gospel. We believe that God's grace is available to all, and that His Holy Spirit calls us into a loving, saving relationship with Jesus Christ. We believe that "all Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work." (2 Timothy 3:16, 17 NIV)
