- We're glad you're here! Crescent Avenue United Methodist Church is located next to the beautiful Lakeside Park in Fort Wayne, IN on the corner of Crescent and Tennessee. This is a growing church under the leadership of Rev. Mark Gough with many programs such as community events and dinners, contemporary and traditional music programs, prayer groups, Sunday schools, an active Weekday School, and more.
