Our Mission
Our Mission is to reach out to our community and beyond with love of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, that looks past societal divides and win our world for Christ, living out the full Word of God, so all men will be drawn to the only true and living God, Jehovah, and to be led by the Holy Spirit, full of power to live an overcoming and abundant life.
At Adairsville Church of God, no one is a just a number. We are a full Gospel, multi-cultural family that cares for each other in the ups and downs. We strive to be like Christ, so the World will be touched by His love and saved by His grace. The Bible tells us that, “All have sinned and come short of the glory of God,” and that “Anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
We know that God accepts us all, no matter where we’ve been, or what we’ve done. Our church accepts all with open arms, without judgement, knowing that “God is no respecter of persons.” We literally share this love with the World, supporting six missionaries from our local church, ministering to Muslim children in Israel, building a church in Panama, meeting needs in the Philippines, as well as many other places around the world.
We also reach out across the lines in our own community to help wherever is needed. Recently our church served as the headquarters for Bartow Disaster Relief during the recent tornado destruction, helping to rebuild churches and homes in our community, regardless of denomination, race, or social standing. God has called us to “Bring Good News to the poor; Bind up the Broken Hearted, and to proclaim liberty to the captives.” Isaiah 6:1 Our vision is to be the hands and feet of Christ, and to see revival in our World as far as we can reach!
