Located in California's Central Valley Swedish town of Kingsburg, off of Freeway 99 between Bakersfield and Fresno, the Church has served its community and travelers for more than 50 years.

Churches of Christ are non-denominational, Bible-based assemblies of Jesus-Believers, numbering in the millions worldwide. The Kingsburg Church is a small and friendly group of Christians, led by their own Elders, Deacons and Preacher.

BELIEFS: By grace we have been saved through faith as a gift of God, not as a result of our works (EPH 2:8-9), being forgiven of our sins because we repented and were baptized in the name of Jesus Christ (ACTS 2:38), and became active Christians because God adds us to His Church (ACTS 2:47).
PURPOSE: God does not wish for any to perish but for all to come to repentance (2 PETER 3:9); so we, the Church, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching everyone to observe all the commands of God (MATTHEW 28:19-20).
WHAT WE DO: We worship together on Sundays at 11:00 am and 6:00 pm; we study the Bible together Sundays at 10:00 am and Wednesdays at 7:00 pm; we conduct monthly worships for the elderly at Park Kingsburg and Valley Christian Home, financially help missionaries and orphanages, and participate in summer Bible Camps for youth; we enjoy Anniversary/Birthday fellowship luncheons every 1st Sunday and monthly acapella song worships at area churches; and we offer free Bible studies (in-home, on-line, or by mail).
