Who we are
Here's the deal, Breath of Life cares about one thing more than anything else, Jesus Christ. Breath of Life Church is a family of individuals that have found life in Jesus, and simply want as many people as possible to experience that exact same freedom.
Where we come from
Breath of Life Church began in 1939 as First Assembly of God in Flagstaff, and has been a part of the Flagstaff community for nearly 80 years. The church has been at it current location since 1973, and through the years, the message has remained the same, "For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, Jesus, that whoever would believe in Him, would not perish but would have eternal life."
In early 2014, at the leading of Holy Spirit, the Pastors, church board and congregation of Flagstaff First Assembly of God realized that it was time for a change. A new, fresh determination to bring the message of the power of God and love and life of Jesus to our city and community was being born. With this new determination there came a new name for the church. Taken from the account in Ezekiel chapter 37, where the breath of life causes the dead to live again, Flagstaff First Assembly became Breath of Life Church.
