We are glad you have taken the time to learn more about us. God created humans for the purpose of intimate fellowship. Throughout the pages of the Bible His desire to be in close relationship with people is expressed repeatedly. The clearest example of this is when Jesus descended from Heaven to “dwell” among His creation and provided a way through His death and resurrection to have a relationship with God. God promises us that if we believe in Jesus as the Son of God that He will abide in us.
In other words God wants to live in us or dwell within us. What an awesome mystery, that the God of the Universe wants us to be His Dwelling Place. That is the meaning behind our name.
